Blue Apron Use

Blue Apron is an amazing subscription service that I love. The Monthly subscription service Blue Apron starts at $9.99 per person per meal. Gina’s Library of Reviews loved reviewing this delicious box of food.

Blue Apron is more than just a grocery delivery service. They deliver to your door fresh ingredients to make 3 meals. Everything you need is included, including the recipe. The box contains ice packs to keep the food cold in case you are not home when it is delivered.

Recipe card

The Recipe card is very easy and follow. It lists all of the ingredients needed so you can purchase the ingredients again on your own if you loved the recipe. There are also easy to follow directions with pictures on the back. As someone that is just getting into cooking, I find this highly valuable. I love that they are heavy gloss pages so that they last longer and you can wipe messes off of them easily.

You can see what the recipes are ahead of time on their website. There are a total of 6 different recipes every week. You can always update your account by visiting the My Plan under My Account.

There are different options of the items you receive. You can select how many people you need to feed, and any dietary preferences you have. However, if you have a serious food allergy it is advised you do not order from them. They can not guarantee there is no cross contamination since everything is packed in the same warehouse.

What better way to try new foods than to have them delivered to your door with a recipe on how to prepare them? I think this is great for busy professionals. It is also great for someone that lives alone and is tired of eating the same things all the time.

The recipes that Blue Apron sends are not just convenient, they are healthy. Each dish is designed to be prepared in no more than 35 minutes and 500-700 calories.

This is a weekly subscription service. You will receive a new box packed full of fun delicious ingredients. This is great for people trying to eat health and not sure where to start. I also think this is great for people with impulse control shopping when buying groceries. I know many times I’ve gone to the store for certain things and end up with a lot more than that in my cart. Sometimes, I even forget what I went to the store for in the first place.
