Coloring is not just for children. There are many adult themed coloring books out on the market.
My Thoughts on Coloring Dream Madalas:
I have always loved to color. I find it’s really relaxing and a great stress relief. There are many coloring books geared towards adults now.
The designs in this book are very detailed and the lines are very small in some places. If you have problems with your vision and small print/graphics I’d suggest using a magnifying glass to help you see.
I picked a page to color and would color it at night before bed. It was a great stress relief of the day and helped me sleep better at night. I have anxiety and depression. This helped me to unwind from the busy day.
Here is the finished page I did:
I used thin tipped makers to color in most of the designs. They are very small and intricate. This book is $10 and has 64 pages. Each page is one sided. You don’t have to worry about coloring with markers and having it bleed through the page. I loved this! I prefer to use markers over crayons or colored pencils.
The designs in this particular book are: dreamcatchers, sacred geometry, angels and fantastical creatures.
