It’s Monday that means another genre of books from the Goodreads 2016 Choice Awards. This week I’m featuring the Fiction genre. This is one of many genres I prefer to read. I’m sure I’ll be adding some books to my never ending to be read list.

Here are the genres I previously shared:

Debut Goodreads Authors

  1. All the Ugly and Wonderful Things by Bryn Greenwood

  2. An Ishmael of Syria by Asaad Almohammad

  3. Another Brooklyn by Jacqueline Woodson

  4. Commonwealth by Ann Patchett

  5. Eligible: A Modern Retelling of Pride and Prejudice (The Austen Project #4) by Curtis Sittenfeld

  6. Everybody’s Fool (Sully #2) by Richard Russo

  7. Here I Am by Jonathan Safran Foer

  8. Lily and the Octopus by Steven Rowley

  9. My Name Is Lucy Barton by Elizabeth Strout

  10. Nutshell by Ian McEwan

  11. Shelter by Jung Yun

  12. Silver Threads: Memory House Collection(Memory House #5) by Bette Lee Crosby

  13. Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult

  14. The Association of Small Bombs by Karan Mahajan

  15. The Girls by Emma Cline

  16. The Nest by Cynthia D’Aprix Sweeney

  17. The Nix by Nathan Hill

  18. The Summer that Melted Everything by Tiffany McDaniel

  19. Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarty

  20. What Is Not Yours Is Not Yours by Helen Oyeyemi

Did you add any of these books to your reading list? Perhaps you already read one. I’d love for you to share your thoughts with me or any books you added to your list.

Here are the ones I’m adding to my new ending to be read list:

I haven’t ready Jodi Picoult in a long time. I’m definitely going to check out her book Small Great Things.

The summary of The Girls by Emma Cline sounds similar to Charles Manson and his girls. So, I’m definitely going to check this one out.

Some others I’m adding are:

The Nix by Nathan Hill

Shelter by Jung Yun

Nutshell by Ian McEwan
