I have never tried Belgium chocolate before, I am now hooked. I love the rich flavor of the chocolates. I’m not a fan of hazelnut so I was a little reluctant on the very first bite. I was pleasantly surprised however how good it tasted.
My husband and step daughter loved the dark chocolate variety, especially my step daughter. She would ask constantly for another piece. We were surprised since as a rule, she’s not much of a sweet eater. She is a major fan of hazelnut though. This chocolate just simply melts in your mouth. My husband and I are both known to let out a small moan while eating it.
I was very impressed with how well the chocolate was packaged. We all know that chocolate can melt easily in the heat, the candy was packaged with that thought in mind. The box was insulated and on top was a one time use ice pack. That is great thinking on the company’s part.
What I found the shape of the chocolate unique. The chocolate is in cute shapes of seashells and seahorses. Each piece is beautifully crafted. I was surprised at how big each piece was. Since this is quality chocolate you can only eat a few pieces at a time. That’s ok it just means you’ll have it around longer to savor and enjoy.
