Scrapbook Saturday: Mythbusters

Scrapbook Saturday Icon This week’s scrapbook page is titled: Mythbusters.   I’m sure everyone has at least heard of this show. My daughter was obsessed with it for awhile. She wanted to try the diet coke and mentos trick.  Mystbusters

Supplies:

PP: My momenta  CS: stampin up  Mystic Letters Stencil  Lime Pastel chalk ink  Pastel green cm pen  Clip art from the net

Journaling:

One of your favorite TV shows is Mythbusters. Auntie & Dan thought it would be fun for you guys to do this experiment. You knew it would work but had fun doing it. 1-3-09 Age 13

I’m really enjoying looking back at some old scrapbook pages. My daughter is 18 now and is growing up so fast. She is still tiny but she lost all the baby fat (finally).    The most important part of scrapbooking I think aside from the pictures, is the journaling. Have you ever looked at old family photos and wonder who was in the pictures? Wonder what they are doing? The journaling on your pages can solve that for future generations. My daughter loves to look back at old scrapbook pages of herself. Sometimes she’ll see something she forgot about, or she’ll comment on how much she loved an item/activity we did.

Such a pretty scrapbook page and I am sure when you and your daughter look at it you will have good memories and thoughts, like did ya get coke on ya, did you really think it would work, how many times did you do it after the first time, I think it is a fun way to show feats of wonder and growing up.
