I received a silicon muffin pan for review from OvenArt Bakeware. Here is some information about the company.
About OvenArt Bakeware:
The company was developed by two bakers. They believe that baking soothes the soul. OvenArt Bakeware is made with the highest quality pure silicon for all of their products. Our products have a smooth, high-gloss finish so that food does not stick and makes for easy clean up. We also have a money back guarantee. We sell a 12 cup muffin pan and a set of 12 silicone baking cups.
I love to make cupcakes and muffins. They are easy to make, yet are delicious! I hated how much was lost though with paper muffin pan liners. It didn’t matter if I used non stick spray on them or not. I didn’t want that to go to waste. I was eager to try this silicon muffin pan.
I made some muffins to try it out. I made 6 blueberry and 6 chocolate chocolate chip.
You can see from the picture on the right, the muffin came out intact! I was so happy for this. The muffins released from the pan very easily. All I had to do was turn it upside down, a few were sticking a tiny bit so I just pressed on the bottom of the pan and they popped out. Although a few didn’t come out right away, they were still intact. Can you imagine how much money you can save with just 1 of these pans? (I plan to purchase more) Not only do you not have to purchase paper liners, you get all of the mix you put in the pan.
I also love how easy it is to clean this muffin pan. It wipes clean very easily with soap and water. Since the muffins don’t stick, there isn’t much to clean. That’s a nice bonus. This pan retails $29.99. If you make a lot of muffins or cupcakes it will pay for itself in no time.
Right now on Amazon the pan is only $17.95!
