My Thoughts about the Photo Blanket:

Photo blankets make a great gift for family and friends, especially if you live away from family. What better gift is there than the gift of pictures of your beloved family? I think this would make a great gift for grandparents.

I made a blanket using pictures of  my daughter who is now 20. These pictures are of her last year of high school. It was up on the wall and now it’s in her hope chest for when she gets married and has children of her own.

This blanket is very soft and well made. If you use it as a blanket, it would keep you warm in the winter. The blanket comes in either standard fleece or plush fleece. Fleece, is their basic light-weight option, is 1/8 inch thick. The shorter plush ensures extra sharp images. This is a great throw or picnic blanket. Plush Fleece, a snugglier take on the classic, is 1/4 inch thick. Longer plush fibers make this option more cuddly than our standard fleece, but the images are not as sharp.

There are different sizes you can pick from as well. I chose the 50×60.

I love that it’s machine washable!  You can add photos from your phone, computer, Facebook, Instagram or their historical photo archive.  All of their blankets are individually printed in Denver, Colorado on thick, hypoallergenic, 100% polyester fleece. They use the latest dye sublimation printing process to ensure your images are super sharp.
