We have all heard how aspartame is not good for you. Pur gum is aspartame free. It is also vegan, gluten-free, non-gmo, nut-free, diabetic friendly and dairy free. When you think of chewing gum you don’t think about if it’s vegan free or not, at least I don’t. It all depends on what they use for the gum base. I was able to try the new cool mint and cinnamon flavors. To me the flavors were too strong. However I will mention that I’m not a big fan of strong flavors of anything. I don’t even like spicy food. I love that the gum is made from all natural products though. The packaging of the gum does not create a lot of waste. The product itself is better for you, and the packaging is good for the environment. That’s a win-win in my book!
