My Review:

Cutting boards are a very important tool to have in your kitchen. I have a few in my kitchen that should be replaced. Did you know that if your cutting board has nicks in it from your knife that bacteria can grow? Scary and gross huh?

I love these bamboo cutting boards. There are 3 different sizes which is great. Now I can use the size I need instead of not having enough room or having too much room. My knife glided easily along the board without leaving any grooves in the bamboo.

The bamboo is also lightweight. The boards have a large circle cut out in the top corner of them. One way to store them is to tie them up out of the way until needed.

There are a few things to keep in mind to keep your cutting boards in perfect condition. Do NOT place in dishwasher. Always wash with hot soapy water, then rinse and dry between each use. To protect the life of your bamboo products, apply mineral or vegetable oil to surface after each use.
