ThinkGeek has some great nerdy products! Now, using a Back to the Future Flux Capacitor Wristwatch, we’ve got to get you back… to the present!

Back to the Future Flux Capacitor Wristwatch

ThinkGeek has all sorts of fun items for your favorite geek this Valentine’s Day. My husband is a watch fanatic and has a collection of watches.

This watch was perfect for my favorite geek. He loves everything related to Back to the Future. His name is Marty after all. The great part about this watch is not only is it “heavy” (or cool if you are not up on your Back to the Future quotes) it is fully functional. Press the bottom button and then get ready to count lights. Time is divided into hours, minutes first digit, minutes second digit – so it looks confusing, but is very easy to read. (Example: 10 lights, 5 lights, 3 lights = 10:53 – and it repeats). At the same time, the time circuit LCD display will show you the date. It even features a “Time Travel” mode, which features light animation and random date display.

The Back to the Future Flux Capacitor Wristwatch from ThinkGeek is a collector’s item as it’s an officially licensed Back to the Future item.

This is modeled on Doc Brown’s Flux Capacitor, it even lights up and moves!  However, if you’re ever stuck in a space time continuum I suggest you seek out Emmett Brown because the Flux Capacitor Wristwatch will likely not help you. The band and case are made out of stainless steel (just like a DeLorean. I can’t afford to buy him one. It’s on his wishlist because the Back to the Future DeLorean time machine is pretty darn awesome.) My husband keeps all of his watches in a beautiful watch box until he’s ready to wear them. He has one for everyday, special days and now one to be fun and well, geeky with.

The Flux Capacitor watch is a ThinkGeek creation & exclusive!

ThinkGeek has some great collector’s items like Star Wars action figures and memorabilia such as the Lifesize BB-8 Plush exclusive or Tauntaun sleeping bag (which is kind of down-right weird). They even have DeadPool t-shirts for the upcoming movie, and Harry Potter gifts like Hermione’s Time Turner. No matter what your favorite geek is into I’m sure you’ll find something that is fun and unique on their website to spoil your Valentine this year. They now offer a flat rate shipping no matter how many items are in your cart or free shipping if you buy $75 or more.
