There’s only so much you can do when there are no new clues. Wait. That’s never been Detective Paige Whiskey’s strong-suit, though. With her memories and her gifts back, she’s faced with a whole new ball game. She now has a better understanding of who the killer might be and what he wants.

But when she’s attacked by a ghost—of all the dumb things—on a paranormal investigation of the Metley plantation, she realizes the situation’s worse than she thought. If that’s possible at all.

The gate has already been opened.

So why in the seven blazing pits of Hell does the killer still need her?

Meet the Author:

SM “Frankie” Blooding lives in Colorado with her pet rock, Rockie, and Jack the Bird. Jack has refused to let her to take up the piano again, but is warming to the guitar. It might help that Frankie has learned more than two strings. She’s dated vampires, werewolves, sorcerers, weapons smugglers and US Government assassins. Yes. She has stories.
