Candles are a great way to relax or set a romantic mood.

Zena Moon Candles sells many candles for different occasions. Gina’s Library of Reviews is happy to bring you this review of their I love you candles.

My Thoughts about Zena Moon Candles:

I have always loved candles. They not only smell good they can set the mood of the house. You can light one to relax, eliminate odors, or to set a romantic atmosphere with a loved one.

I love the smell of roses, it makes me think of my husband. I love when he surprises me with flowers and they are usually roses. The I Love You candles are rose scented. I was surprised how much they smell like real fresh cut roses.

These candles are slow burning and the melted wax hardens quickly. This will prevent accidental fires or burns to yourself if you come in contact with the wax. Every zena moon candle is created, poured and finished by hand, using a unique blend of color, essential oil derivatives and gemstones. Each element lends its unique energy to the overall intention of the candle. Because of the variety of materials used and our non-mass-produced environment (we’re a small studio, not a factory) each candle’s creation takes time and no two candles ever turn out exactly alike.

They use the highest quality food-grade paraffin wax and 100% cotton wicks to produce beautiful candles that burn cleanly and evenly. Their candles contain essential oil-based scents and one or two gemstones especially chosen to empower the intent of the candle. For maximum enjoyment, their  candles are NOT highly scented.

Candle Care

  1. Burn your pillar candle one hour for every inch in diameter the first time you light it. This allows the wax pool to reach the edge of the candle, and lets the candle burn down evenly.
  2. Keep candle wicks trimmed to ¼” at all times. If the flame gets much bigger than 1″ high, blow it out and trim the wick. This ensures clean, smoke-free burning.
  3. Candles need oxygen—in moderation. Avoid placing candles in drafty areas, including near heater vents or underneath ceiling fans.
  4. You can keep your candles smooth and silky-looking by gently rubbing them with regular ol’ nylon pantyhose.
  5. Store your unused candles in a cool, dry, dark place.
