Homesick candles are a unique candle full of fragrance.
My husband and I love candles and use them regularly. They help to make the house smell better from his cigarette smoke and our dog. I haven’t traveled much in my life, my husband, however, has been to almost every state in the United States.
For the purpose of this review, I picked the Pennsylvania candle as this is the state we live in. Here is the description:
Enjoy the rich fragrance of caramel, maple, buttery rum, and malty molasses. Like a perfect bite of a fajores, that sweetness is balanced with dark cocoa and a dry tonka bean finish.
This candle has a strong fragrance of maple like maple syrup. It smells great but I’m personally wouldn’t associate these fragrances with Pennsylvania. It is highly possible I feel this way because I haven’t really left Pittsburgh much. There is a lot more of the state than just Pittsburgh. I really need to get out more.
Each candle is made from all natural soy wax in the US. They typically burn for 60-80 hours and weigh 13.75 oz each.
I feel these candles would be great for anyone that has had to move from their hometown and is homesick. I envision these making a great gift for college students that go to school out of state, or perhaps someone in the military. You could even buy one to remember a favorite vacation you went on.
Which candle would you love to try first?
